Project management of bogie-projects for locomotives and passenger coaches, responsible for project planning, scheduling, managing and execution of project milestones, project- and production controlling, reporting, sales activities and tender preparation, as well as claim management in Graz – Siemens world headquarters for design and manufacturing of bogies. Managing multinational projects (2-25 Million EUR each) with end-users in China, Iran, Austria and Germany
