Agata started working in HR at the beginning of 2012, shortly after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with honors. Three years later, she obtained her Master’s degree in Personnel & Development, whilst working as a Project Manager responsible for the successful delivery of a new HR Information System. She has worked across a variety of sectors, mainly healthcare and NGO. Her HR roles have covered many areas, incl. mid- and senior-level recruitment, on- boarding, coaching, best practices awareness and implementation, project delivery, and training. In 2020, Agata transitioned to working remotely. She continued to deliver expert HR, stand-alone service, while coordinating a project team of career advisors. A year later, she obtained OCR level 3 certificate in Advice and Guidance. In 2023, Agata joined Troaching Institute / Career Angels, where her main task areas include supporting clients in managing their career and job search through tailored, individual approach.
