As a PhD student in materials science and informatics, I have expertise in applying semantic web technologies such as RDF, OWL, and SPARQL and developing ontologies for a materials science domain. Additionally, I am utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to extract materials science text, specifically materials synthesis text, to transform the information into a knowledge graph. To summarize, I am a materials scientist with a solid background in programming. I have experience in semantic web technologies, e.g., RDF, OWL, SPARQL, etc., and NLP tasks using Python libraries like HuggingFace, SpaCy, and NLTK. I am a quick learner with a critical, structural, and analytical mindset. I am passionate about technology and confident in contributing to any team.
