Development of an automatic screening system of diabetic retinopathy by evaluating the image quality assessment algorithms. A Graphical User Interface was developed using App designer in MATLAB. The developed GUI performs image quality assessment on fundus images. Using the extracted features, the quality of these images was classified as gradable/ ungradable using SVM (Support vector machine) classifier.
