Mitwirkung bei der Herstellbarkeitsanalyse. Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung der FMEA. Erstellung von Produktionslenkungsplänen (PLP). Erstellung der notwendigen Prüfplandoku und Hinweisblätter. Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen für die Produktschulung und Qualitätsschulungen gemäß PLP. Qualitätsbetreuung für Serie bis EOP.

MY POSITION: Support to the implementation of the WCM “World Class Manufacturing” system in the different productive processes (Injection, Metallization and Assembly). The WCM is a productivity improvement system that aims to make products of the highest quality, eliminating losses in all the factory fields by applying the work standards. Nowadays all Fiat-group companies apply it in their productive activities in order to reach operational excellence.

INTENSIFICATION: 1.Transport: Supply of Raw Materials, Storage, Internal Circulation, Distribution of Manufactured Products, etc. 2. Vehicles: General Issues of the Automobile (Steering, Suspension, Brakes, Types of Tyres, Transmission, Vehicle Dynamics, Active and Passive Safety Systems).
