As Junior Consultant I maintain the database and register new candidates. I publish job descriptions on portals and translate texts into various languages. I arrange interview dates and receive candidates. I conduct initial interviews and write candidate profiles in order to present them to clients. I also actively recruit people through different platforms and contact potential clients for possible coorperation.

My work includes receiving guests, managing reservations, communicating with clients in different languages and the occasional translation work

As an Intern I was responsible for seeking filming locations, preparing of shooting schedule and organizing catering and accommodation for cast and crew. During postproduction my tasks included viewing, organizing and cutting of film material, transcoding and synchronizing of image and sound, compiling subtitles in German and English.

Customer Support in German, English and Italian included handling of customer dissatisfaction and finding individual solutions.
