Positioned in the US to oversee operations of 5 plants: 2 located in the US, Argentina, and Mexico. Provided oversight of daily activities and held accountable to implement process improvements that enhanced business practices, customer satisfaction, and maximised revenue growth. Develop lean methodologies and ensured all SOP's were consistent across plants. Conducted ongoing evaluations of team members, provided team with clear defined roles and objectives to ensure focus and success

Instrumental in utilizing Gung Ho Lean Manufacturing methodology; led lean business transformation projects. Successful and on time Plant Expansion (multimillion project) of our Mechanical Services and Spreader Rolls departments.
