This role has a focus on offline creative production (including TVC), and oversees seven international markets, ensuring that all marketing communication drives awareness, sales and ultimately delivers on business goals. Responsibility is also held for brand health research and continual improvement of messaging and segmentation. As the Senior Marketing Manager I work with and support a large marketing and country management team in a vibrant, fast-paced start-up environment.

Managed a team of four and reported to Managing Director. Responsible for the Australian and New Zealand market, also provided content to UK/US market. Developed short and long term strategic marketing plans. Worked both with and without creative agency. Rolled out a revolutionary CRM program. Managed more than 20 TV and photography shoots. Managed a multi-million dollar budget and negotiated contracts.

Custodian of this iconic brand, which was celebrating its 125th anniversary during my employment. Reported directly to the CEO, and was part of the executive team. Extensive experience in marketing to segments, including consumer, business and international. Worked on brand extension and repositioning projects.
