As a Scrum Trainer (ST), I am teaching hands-on, personalized workshops to people, teams and organizations. My two decades of experience working with teams from small startups to global enterprises makes me eager to help groups succeed. I hold degrees in Economics, Computer Science Engineering and Software Product Management. Having spent time in the roles of Scrum Master, Product Owner, CTO, and Director of Project, I am here to help you accomplish your goals.

Timisoara IT Syndicate (SITT) acts as the sole legal representative of Nokia Networks Romania, Atos IT Solutions and Services, Accenture Managed Services, Elster Rometrics (Honeywell Group) and DXC Technologies employees including over 5,000 ITC, support center and outsourcing center staff across Romania. Reporting to the Chairman, responsibilities include delivering Certified Innovation Manager training and Agile Project Management Workshops to IT company managers.

A consulting and learning & development firm which guides teams and organisations to higher levels of productivity. Reporting to the CEO, responsibilities include improving the performance of external customer development teams by introducing new practices and removing barriers from their Agile transformation paths.

"Aurel Vlaicu" University is a higher education institution which also conducts scientific research in the spirit of the European ideal of a knowledge-based society. Reporting to the Dean, responsibilities included delivering the course "Fundamentals of Agile Software Development and SCRUM" for Masters-level students. Major Achievements: • Launched Arad University's first-ever Agile and Scrum program. • Helped Masters-level students get jobs by ensuring they understood how companies innovate products.

Reporting to the PMO, responsibilities included improving team sprint delivery commitments and capacity planning while protecting the team from outside distractions. Managed product backlog burndown metrics. Major Achievements: • Enabled more efficient website and web portal development by developing and implementing a content management system conforming to WCAG 2.0 and ISO/IEC 40500:2012 which won the first place Accessibility Award 2015 for Timis County for building web portal dgaspctm.ro.

Led several R&D software projects using agile practices including Biblioteq Library (a web-based platform for a library management system), Learningfuze (included custom training materials like PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery) and smaller projects involving websites, portals, e-commerce, and blogs based on custom CMS or WordPress.

Team leader for development and technical support team. Project Manager for IT and Investment projects.

In charge of company overall activities, management and day-to-day operations. I participated in all stages of the projects starting with the technical proposal, commercial offer, negotiation of the budget, contract negotiations, project implementation, warranty period, post-warranty and maintenance contract.

Advising clients for IT development, auditing systems, finding customized solutions for each client, planning and coordination of implementation, service and maintenance of IT equipment.

I supervised ECDL Exam and I teach the Computer operating Course. In three years I had over 1K students that I trained to qualify as a Computer Operator and to obtain ECDL Certification.
