- Strategic planning project management; - acquisition of solid expertise in the practice of new recruitment techniques (soft skills etc.); - crisis management; - integration coaching, staff audit and managing employee attendance.

- Lead a média communication project by using new audiovisual tool and techniques; - events organization and partners’ exchanges in international contexts.
