With his experience and strengths, René will additionally increase AdEx Partners' customers' success with Business Model Transformation, Customer Centricity, Organizational Transformation, IT Transformation, Finance Transformation, and Employee Centricity.

Developped and implemented project delivery target operating model, global delivery strategy & plan, quality improvement program, and services growth. Deliver multiple projects to existing and new customers, while setting standards for structured project delivery. Spearheaded an innovation project to improve product offering for software and service customers.

2016-2018: Senior Business Program Manager within COO International Wealth Management. Responsible for defining and implementing global programs and projects in the growth (lending) and regulatory space of Credit Suisse Private Banking and Asset Management businesses, operating out of COO IWM (International Wealth Management).

2008-2015: Head Crossborder, Market Management, Regulatory Projects in Private Banking Latin America Responsible for key business and risk (regulatory, tax, formalities) aspects of covered markets in North, Central and South America as well as Caribbean, in close collaboration with the Market Leaders, Private Banking Latin America Management, as well as with key stakeholders in PB&WM COO, Legal & Compliance, Operations and IT.

2006-2007: Senior Pricing Strategy Project Manager Responsible for defining and implementing strategic pricing model changes and projects relating to safekeeping fees, fx fees, mortgage pricing, special terms and tarifs, basic products (product bundles) as well as client profitability steering for client segments in International Private Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Trading & Sales.

Responsibility for a Business Unit of client accounts and covered client management, acquisition and project steering in Switzerland and Germany. Worked with the ‘Network of the Best’ to enable change as a team in a tailored way.

Responsibility for managing projects and workstreams to implement buiness, regulatory and IT projects in banking industry in Switzerland and Germany. Implemented digital communication / distribution channels (Internet banking), financial reporting (International Financial Reporting Standards IFRS; Investment Reporting). Collaborative offerings and implementation among Audit, Finance, Tax and Consulting areas.

Stream lead and consultant in the implementation of process and IT projects for Swiss and German Retail banks. Focus is on communication / distribution channels (Internet banking, phone banking, multimedia banking) and core banking processes and systems.

Transition to General Management is an Executive Education Program about smoothing and accelerating the transition from a functional / technical manager role into general management.

The «Diploma of Advanced Studies (DAS) in Banking» combines solid knowledge and skills in management with practical know-how and insight into the functioning of the financial sector.

Master of Business Administration with main subject Business Administration (Innovation Management, Marketing) and minor Law (International Law, Commercial Law).
