I have an extensive experience in international companies as a Contract and Legal manager, including commercial negotiations and drafting of various contracts (NDA, delivery, SPAs, EPC, trading contracts etc.), contracts execution and dispute resolutions including International Arbitration. 5. I can work both independently and as a part of a team and am not afraid to make decisions. 6. I am fluent in English (verbal and written), German language skills at B1 level. 7. I have a residence permit and eligible to work in EU.
