Working in large multinational companies I learned to work in teams and to collaborate with various company structures and thanks to the skills acquired over the years I developed the predisposition to problem-solving and achieve the goals set. Thanks to the extra work experience as a basketball coach in various categories of Youth and Senior teams and the achievement of the certificate of "Base Coach" for the FIP (Italian Basketball Federation). I have developed a good ability to teach and skill of team building as well as skills in the management of human resources and personal relationships aimed at obtaining the best possible results. A good managerial knowledge derived also from my role as VP of the amateur basketball sports society where I collaborated in the foundation and manages a large number of athletes. A strong artistic sense derived from my passions related to the art of drawing, painting, and photography.
