Your Job:
In this versatile position, you will support the Institute Director and the team in the following administrative tasks:

Independently perform general administrative tasks for the institute management
-
Organize appointments as well as international conferences
-
Prepare and edit various documents in English and German and communicate with scientists
-
Prepare and follow-up of meetings, events and national and international business trips
-
Assist with correspondence and the preparation of presentations in German and English
- Guide national and international visitors
Your Profile:
-
You have a degree as a foreign language secretary or equivalent qualification or proof of English language skills (at least B2 level); alternatively a comparable degree is desirable
-
You have sound experience in independently taking on secretarial and administrative tasks
-
High degree of independence, flexibility, motivation and initiative
- Good organizational and coordination skills
-
Confident handling of common PC application programs (Microsoft Office), SAP knowledge is an advantage
-
A confident appearance as well as a courteous manner with guests and visitors is a matter of course for you
- Your communication skills in German and English are above average

You will be initially employed for a fixed term of 2 years but with the prospect of longer-term employment. Salary and social security benefits will conform to the provisions of the Collective Agreement for the Public Service (TVöD-Bund), pay group 8, depending on your current qualifications and the precise nature of the tasks assigned to you.
