Are you interested in commercial processes and organisation and want to learn about the workflows in a modern technology company? Start your career at DSA as an industrial commercial trainee (m/f/d). DSA specialises in innovative communication solutions for vehicle electronics. With our teams of experts, we deliver modular software and hardware solutions for the entire life cycle of vehicles. Your training will take place at our company and at vocational school and will last three years.

Training starts on the 1st of August 2026!

Your training at DSA

• During your training, you will get to know different areas of the company. These include:
• Administration,
• Production,
• Sales,
• Human resources,,
• Project Management,
• Marketing,
• Work experience in software development..
• You will gain practical insights into all departments and learn about the essential processes step by step.
• In the final year of your training, we will decide together which area you will focus on, based entirely on your interests and abilities

Your Profile

• You are interested in commercial topics.
• You communicate in an open and friendly manner and enjoy working in a team.
• You are proactive and your take responsibility for your work.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office is helpful but not essential – we will be happy to support you in learning.
• You have very good written and spoken German skills.
• You have a technical college entrance qualification or vocational baccalaureate diploma in economics and administration.
• You enjoy mathematics, which is also reflected in your good grades in this subject.
