We are a highly specialized, financially sound, and growing IT company based in Aachen. Our added value lies in tailoring cloud solutions in the Microsoft 365 environment to our customers' specific needs. This begins before the purchase decision with the analysis of various solution alternatives and extends from their implementation/migration to operation.

The Cloud Data Analytics & AI team helps customers transform data into valuable information for informed decision-making. We analyze the data landscape and develop strategies for data integration, processing, and visualization. Using cutting-edge technologies and methods in artificial intelligence and machine learning, we create predictive models that reveal future trends and patterns. A significant part of this is the integration of large language models, both in process automation and in the deployment of in-house chatbots.

Your profile

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, (industrial) engineering, economics with a focus on computer science or comparable
• Basic understanding of data science, data engineering and AI and related technologies, such as Azure Synapse, Databricks / Apache Spark, Power BI, TensorFlow, Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK) or KNIME
• A specialization in data analytics and/or AI is an advantage but not mandatory
• Professional experience in using Microsoft technologies and cloud services
• Passion for IT and modern technologies
• Enjoy solving complex problems independently
• Willingness to take responsibility for work results
• Ability to translate and explain customer needs into technical possibilities – and vice versa

Your tasks

• Professional and technical consulting for customers on data analytics & AI
• Development and implementation of data analysis solutions with Microsoft Fabric
• Development and implementation of machine learning models and AI solutions, for example with Azure Machine Learning Studio, Azure AI Services and Azure AI Foundry
• Software development in the programming languages ​​Python and C#, in particular using the libraries TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn and the PySpark API
• Development of solutions in the field of process mining for the identification and optimization of business processes
• Organization and implementation of assessments, workshops and training courses
• Continuous development of our know-how and the range of services offered by the team
• Continuous training in the subject areas for which you are responsible
• Development and exploitation of new technologies
• Identification of potential and participation in generating follow-up business with our customers
