What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:

• Develop and implement demand planning strategies to boost forecast accuracy
• Create statistical forecasts using market intelligence and customer data
• Act as the main contact for supply chain topics across internal and external stakeholders
• Manage product livecycle planning, including new launches and phase-outs
• Maintain and optimize demand planning master data
• Lead monthly demand reviews and support global planning processes
• Identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and data analysis
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and collaboration

What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• University degree (Master preferred) in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in pharma or FMCG
• Strong knowledge of demand planning tools, SAP SD/MM, and IBP processes
• Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; statistical forecasting know-how is a plus
• Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement
• Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
