What the job looks like
Each day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:
- Develop and implement demand planning strategies to boost forecast accuracy
- Create statistical forecasts using market intelligence and customer data
- Act as the main contact for supply chain topics across internal and external stakeholders
- Manage product livecycle planning, including new launches and phase-outs
- Maintain and optimize demand planning master data
- Lead monthly demand reviews and support global planning processes
- Identify risks and opportunities through scenario planning and data analysis
- Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes and collaboration
What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:
- University degree (Master preferred) in Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience in Supply Chain/Logistics
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, ideally in pharma or FMCG
- Strong knowledge of demand planning tools, SAP SD/MM, and IBP processes
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel; statistical forecasting know-how is a plus
- Fluent in English; another European language is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across all levels
- Experience in cross-functional collaboration and continuous process improvement
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-driven approach
