• Strategic optimization of the infrastructure (on-premise & cloud) with a focus on automation, standardization and security.
• Implementation and operation of Kubernetes to improve deployment processes
• Further development of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab) and Infrastructure-as-Code solutions (Terraform, Ansible)
• Participation in security audits (ISO 27001) and implementation of compliance requirements
• Optimization of Business Continuity Management (BCM) for high availability and site redundancy
• Close collaboration with the operations team, development, and customer projects

• Completed studies in computer science or comparable training (or several years of professional experience as an equivalent)
• At least 3 years of professional experience, spread across the areas of container solutions, automation, virtualization, and security/compliance.
• Solid experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter) and basic knowledge of Proxmox
• Experience with Windows server environments is an advantage.
• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes (implementation, scaling, maintenance)
• Solid knowledge of Ansible and basic knowledge of Terraform
• Scripting in Bash, Python, or similar languages
• Experience with cloud solutions and on-premises data centers
• Knowledge of ElasticSearch (log management, monitoring)
• Implementing ISO 27001 requirements in DevOps processes
• Experience with client segregation, data encryption, access controls and secure connections to customer systems
• Participation in security audits and implementation of compliance requirements.
• Experience with Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Disaster Recovery (DR)
• Planning and implementation of multi-site solutions for site redundancy
• Basic knowledge of databases with a focus on PostgreSQL
• Very good German (at least C1) and English skills (at least B2)
