Als erfahrene Fachkraft in der Buchhaltung sorgst du dafür, dass unsere Zahlen stimmen und wir verlässliche Entscheidungen treffen können. Du arbeitest eigenständig, nah an den Geschäftsvorgängen und bist eine wichtige Stütze im Finanzteam.

Activities

• Du prüfst und verbuchst Eingangsrechnungen, gleichst sie mit Bestellungen ab und kümmerst dich um Zahlungen sowie die Pflege der Kreditorenkonten.
• Außerdem übernimmst du Intercompany-Abstimmungen und wirkst bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS mit.
• Du buchst im Haupt- und Nebenbuch, verantwortest die Anlagenbuchhaltung und arbeitest eng mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax sowie externen Prüfenden zusammen.
• Je nach Bedarf bringst du dich auch in Sonderprojekte ein.

Requirements

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, Schwerpunkt Buchhaltung
• Gute Kenntnisse in Rechnungslegungsgrundsätzen, idealerweise Erfahrung in einem internationalen mittelständischen Unternehmensverbund
• Praxis in Kreditorenbuchhaltung und Hauptbuch
• Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssoftware wie DATEV oder SAP, SAP Business One von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse in Steuerrecht und HGB/IFRS
• Sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und klare Kommunikation
• Gute Organisation und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
• Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität bei hohem Arbeitsvolumen
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, besonders Excel
