Global Operations Business System Director (f/m/d)

• Identifying and executing process improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other OPEX methodologies.
• Leading training programs to build operational excellence capabilities across areas and functions of Global Operations.
• Promoting the adoption of new technologies and best practices to drive efficiencies and enhance the global operations network.
• Leading cross-functional teams in executing improvement projects.
• Contributing to the development of the Business Operating System across all functions of Global Operations.
• Monitoring and optimizing key performance indicators related to the implementation of critical initiatives.
• Collaborating with regional and global leaders to co-create and drive consistent operational standards.
• Defining the roadmap to excellence for manufacturing sites and global functions and bringing it to life.

What you’ll bring to the table
To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

• Master's degree in a relevant field or Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience profound experience in Operational Excellence in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or related industry
• Proven success in implementing Operational Excellence initiatives at regional or global level in manufacturing opeations
• Experience in leadership roles within Manufacturing Operations, including digitalization in the pharmaceutical industry at regional or global level as well as leading large-scale operations transformation projects
• Strategic thinking and planning capabilities as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Forward-thinking mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation
• Proficiency in project management methodologiesFlexibility to adapt to changes in global contexts
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Fluency in written and spoken English (German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus)
