Growing and profitable since 2002, we are today 80 colleagues working together across 3 production sites in Germany and 2 studios in Asia.

Jeffrey, our Commercial Director, is looking for strong talent to join our motivated and successful Sales Team.

We have many opportunities to develop, offer an excellent product and maintain outstanding reputation with brands, manufacturers and printers.

Tasks

• deliver proactive, personalised and competent customer support ... per telephone, per email, per video and occasionally onsite at the customer
• represent the highest standards of Quality and Service on which our successful brand was built
• coach customers how to best use our market-leading online workflow tools
• be a reliable point-of-contact for high-profile brand customers across Europe
• cooperation with Sales and Production teams in Aachen, Osnabrück, Ulm and Asia

Requirements

• crucial will be your ability to make complex ideas clear and simple to follow
• an optimistic and outgoing personality which fits our bright and motivated team
• active listening skills, a well-organised approach and strong attention to detail
• excellent language abilities in English, German and Dutch ... because we wish to connect with our customers in their native language
• excellent writing skills with ability to clearly outline ideas in a structured, concise and compelling way
• confidence with digital workflows and online web tools
• currently located in or near to Aachen
• completed professional qualification. Technical background not a pre-requisite. Humanities / Arts / Social Science degree holders encouraged to apply
• a growth-mindset and motivation to learn ... we provide excellent onboarding and on-going training
