• Facilitate and lead workshops focused on business processes and solution design

• Develop system configurations and customizations aligned with operational requirements

• Define and assess functional and technical application requirements

• Identify process gaps and evaluate potential solutions

• Design functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW) and integrations with external warehouse management systems

• Produce detailed functional documentation for RICEFW components

• Proficient in SAP Materials Management (MM), with a specialization in inventory control and warehouse operations

• Solid grasp of custom development principles and related functionalities

• Strong functional and business process expertise across supply chain or logistics domains

• Experienced in facilitating design workshops and review sessions with stakeholders

• Skilled in coordinating and executing system testing and end-user training initiatives

• Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel across European locations as required
