Tasks
You partner with internal stakeholders to analyse business processes and translate operational needs into system requirements aimed at improving efficiency and performance.
You design and implement effective ERP solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams across international locations.
You take ownership of solution configuration, system integration testing, and documentation within core operational modules.
You support global system rollouts and ensure smooth implementation across multiple regions.
You train and guide key users and end users, providing advanced application support.
You investigate system issues, conduct root cause analysis, and coordinate timely resolution.
Profile
Degree in business informatics, information systems, or a comparable qualification
Solid hands-on experience within ERP environments, ideally with exposure to order-to-cash and related functional areas
Strong system configuration skills within core operational modules; basic development or debugging knowledge is advantageous
Experience within a technical, manufacturing, or project-based environment is beneficial
Confident and professional communication skills in both German and English
Structured, analytical, and process-oriented mindset with the ability to consider end-to-end business processes
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication style to different audiences and situations
Team-oriented approach with a focus on cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing
Willingness to travel internationally on an occasional basis
