(Senior) Account Executive (all genders) – New Business Aviation Industry
You close deals where others just pitch? Then you’ve come to the right place. We’re looking for a sales professional (all genders) with strategy, drive, and the power to convince international clients in the aviation industry. You’ll manage the entire sales cycle – from first contact to closing – and show decision-makers the real value our aviation software delivers. If sales is not just your job but your passion – we want to talk to you.
What you can move with us:
- You proactively approach potential customers in the aviation industry and win them over with our smart software solutions.
- You lead the entire sales process in a consultative, solution-driven environment – from initial conversation to signed contract.
- You uncover your clients' true needs, analyze their challenges, and demonstrate how our solutions create tangible value.
- You work hands-on with our CRM system and keep your pipeline under control – for you, forecasting is a matter of planning, not guessing.
- Long sales cycles? Not a problem – they’re your chance to build trust, manage complex stakeholder processes, and position yourself as a strategic partner.
- You take ownership of your success, meet your targets, and set the bar even higher.
What you bring along:
- Several years of experience in consultative sales of complex software products or solutions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging presence
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level)
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Experience with complex software systems or the aviation industry is a bonus – but not a requirement
