• Responsible for planning and implementing quality assurance activities in accordance with the AIAG APQP manual and customer specifications until the start of production
• Transferring the developed APQP information to the production site (responsible for production quality, production personnel, etc.)
• Evaluating and approving production samples and production processes (PPAP) in accordance with customer requirements
• Generating and contributing to the assessment of customer requirements and commercial risks within projects
• Engaging in negotiations with customers during the APQP phase
• Assisting program management in communicating with customers regarding APQP progress
• Applying, supporting, and promoting the use of Automotive Core Tools
• Facilitating and approving FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)
• Assisting in the development and implementation of Control Plans
• Managing and maintaining customer platforms during the APQP phase
• Collaborating with international, cross-functional project teams
• Providing support in problem-solving analysis during the project phase
• Conducting and participating in VDA 6.3 audits
• Assuming responsibility for safety in accordance with IATF 4.4.1.2 for ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) products
• Supporting the submission and creation of IMDS (International Material Data System) data

• Professional experience exceeding 5 years in the realm of quality and project management
• Proficiency in managing extensive, international, interdisciplinary, multi-site development projects
• Strong emphasis on quality awareness and cross-functional thinking
• Adaptive and assertive work style, readiness to shoulder responsibility, customer-centric approach, and a hands-on mindset
• Direct experience in handling escalation management
• Thorough understanding of IATF 16949, advanced quality planning (APQP/VDA, PPAP/PPF), and automotive core tools (FMEA, MSA, SPC, 8D methodology)
• Licensed VDA 6.3 auditor (desirable)
• Systematic and solution-oriented approach in demanding situations
• Familiarity with software tools and platforms (e.g., BABTEC or similar, SupplyOn, eQ2, IMDS, etc.)
• Exceptional communication skills in both English and German
• A team player with a willingness to travel
