How you make a difference
- With a focus on new customer acquisition and the strategic positioning of our cybersecurity portfolio, including lead generation in Switzerland and occasionally abroad and the development and maintenance of the CRM system.
- Acquire and manage customers, focusing
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs in collaboration with our presales consultants
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding in cooperation with our Engineers
- Achieve sales targets, contribute to departmental objectives and enhance business development workflows
- Participate in marketing activities, including conferences and customer outreach
- Prepare customer proposals, update CRM systems, and ensure accurate invoicing
- Stay informed about products, services, and industry trends
What you have to offer
- Proven experience in sales and cold calling, preferably within the cybersecurity or ICT sector
- Target-driven, autonomous, and highly organized
- Excellent teamwork, prioritization, and time management abilities
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship management skills
- Proficient in building and maintaining relationships, with openness to feedback
- Fluency in German and English (C1); French is a plus
