You are responsible for managing and developing relationships with our Industrial & Construction customer portfolio, primarily in the Benelux region and neighbouring areas.
Your contribution to our success
- Implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and objectives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports and performance analysis
- Collaborate with various departments within the European organization
Your profile
- HBO level of working & thinking.
- Professional level of Dutch and English.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in B2B environments, preferably in Chemicals/Plastics industry
- Strong understanding of solution selling
- High self-drive & motivation in combination with a structured work approach
- Committed, reliable, empathic
- Stakeholder-Management-Skills (key accounts, small to mid-sized companies)
- Intercultural competencies
- Long-term focus
- Team player
- Willing to travel approximately 50% of your time
Your home-base will be our Sales Office in Culemborg. You report to the Commercial Manager North-West. As part of a matrix organization, you will also work directly with our Business Unit Team located at our Headquarters in Switzerland.
