Your Responsibilities:

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of flow cytometers according to technical documentation

• Independent diagnosis and resolution of technical issues at customer sites

• In collaboration with your sales colleagues, you inform customers about our technical service offerings – such as service contracts

• Ensuring customer satisfaction based on the customer satisfaction score

• Maintaining data in the internal ERP system

• Regular participation in training sessions on technical innovations, including abroad

Preferred Requirements:

• Completed technical education or equivalent qualification in medical technology or electrical engineering

• Initial field service and technical support experience in a high-tech environment (medical technology, electronics)

• Proven experience and strong technical know-how in IT and network technologies

• Excellent self-organization, strong time management, and ability to prioritize tasks

• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, team spirit, and a high level of commitment and personal responsibility

• Efficient, pragmatic, and solution-oriented working style

• S hould be based in Suisse Romande (Western Switzerland)

• Swiss citizenship is required

• Fluent in French and English, with good command of German

• Valid European driver’s license and high willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally across Central Europe

Please note that the base salary for this position ranges between CHF 80.000 and CHF 100.000 gross per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
