Job Description:
This Role will be key for driving technology initiatives that enable compliant operations and modernize workflows within the Office of Chief Medical Officer(OCMO). This role focuses on managing application lifecycle, coordinating product development activities, and ensuring alignment with business priorities. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners to deliver technology solutions that meet evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Application Management-
Support product strategy execution and manage prioritized features. Coordinate application lifecycle activities, including testing, documentation, and change approvals. Maintain accurate application inventory and ensure data quality in CMDB.
Project & Program Support -
Track progress of development work and report status to stakeholders. Partner with enterprise architecture and application services teams to implement roadmaps.
Stakeholder Engagement -
Act as IT interface for assigned product lines, understanding business needs and priorities. Collaborate with vendors for product evaluations and recommendations.
Operational Oversight-
Monitor application performance and ensure SLAs are met. Track costs related to applications and maintain transparency.
Continuous Improvement-
Identify process pain points and propose improvement initiatives. Stay informed on emerging technologies and assess their impact on business processes.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field.
5–8 years of experience in IT application management or product ownership.
Familiarity with pharmacovigilance processes and compliance requirements preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodology and modern technologies (Automation, AI, Big Data) is a plus.
