DevOps Engineer – Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

• Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and manage cloud-based infrastructure and containerized environments (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Security & Compliance: Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure and networks, implementing best practices for firewalls, routing, and access management while supporting compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIS2, and SOC2.
• CI/CD & Automation: Develop, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and soft-ware releases.
• Monitoring & Performance Optimization: Proactively monitor system performance, security, and availability, ensuring proactive issue resolution.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Manage configuration and automation of infrastructure using tools like Terraform.
• Identity & Access Management: Support the implementation and maintenance of identity and access man-agement solutions.
• Database Administration: Maintain and optimize Timescale and MySQL databases (and related Azure ser-vices), ensuring data security, backup integrity, and performance tuning.
• Network & Endpoint Security: Oversee network security, endpoint security, and device configuration man-agement, continuously improving resilience against cyber threats.
• Backup: Implement and maintain backup, resilience, replication strategies, and performance tuning.
• Collaboration & Process Improvement: Work closely with development and operations teams to enhance sys-tem reliability, scalability, and efficiency.

• Education & Experience:
• Degree in Computer Science, Software or Systems Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, e.g., Certifications or Online Courses.
• Proven experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure roles.
• Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Linux environments and cloud platforms (Azure or similar).
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and networking.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Familiarity with security best practices, firewalls, routing, and access management.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools (Git CI/CD or equivalent).
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIS2, SOC2 is a plus.
• Additional Skills
• Strong troubleshooting skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Angular and Python programming is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Fluent in English; German is a significant plus.
