We are seeking a Team Leader (m/f/d) Software Development. You will lead modern software development and work with AI, machine learning, and image processing. - You will assume both the technical and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated software development team and actively promote the professional growth of your employees.
- Together with your team, you will develop innovative software solutions for our state-of-the-art machines and systems in the field of vacuum coating.
- You will monitor and analyse current developments in the field of AI and select future-oriented technologies for our company.
- You will develop and optimise algorithms and models in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- You will implement tools and solutions that contribute to increasing the efficiency and automation of our plant control systems.
- You will evaluate new technologies, make well-founded technology decisions and implement convincing proof of concepts.
- Close collaboration with other departments to optimise the integration of your solutions into our systems rounds off your varied job profile.
These are the skills you'll need
- You have a degree in IT, such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Data Science.
- You have programming skills, ideally in C#, WPF and Python.
- You are very familiar with cloud technologies and big data tools.
- You are characterised by excellent problem-solving skills and master complex technical challenges with confidence.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
- You follow current developments in the field of artificial intelligence and continuously integrate new trends and innovative technologies into your projects.
