Are you passionate about sales? Then our sales department, which sells fuel, heating oil, lubricants, and pellets to private customers and commercial/industrial customers, is the perfect place for you!

• Providing telephone and written support to existing customers (business and private customers, farmers, etc.)
• Order entry (by telephone, electronically) and complete order processing up to invoicing
• Administrative tasks such as creating delivery notes
• Reactivating customers, proactively approaching new customers
• Submitting and following up on offers

What inspires you

• Relevant experience in customer service and order processing
• Experience in telephone sales desirable
• Sound knowledge of MS Office and experience in using a merchandise management system, ideally Navision
• Affinity for numbers, accurate and service-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work in a team and set priorities
