Hiring Process of ASP.NET Developers
Our team, with over 15+ years on the market, has an established process for hiring ASP.NET developers, and it has the following stages:
- Initial requirements analysis. Within the scope of this step, we collect information from the customer about the ASP.NET position, which includes: requirements for the developer’s skills, seniority level, future engineer’s responsibilities, a short project description like expected duration, technology stack, system architecture, and other helpful information.
- Sharing ASP.NET developer profiles. We provide the CVs of ASP.NET developers available for hire from our team. If the customer wants to interview additional candidates, we are looking for engineers interested in the project opportunities through our network. Our team organizes the initial interviews and screens technical skills and soft competencies. Only after this process, we send the CVs to the customer.
- The interviewing process is conducted by the customer. Customer companies have their own interviewing process after the initial screening of the ASP.NET developer profiles. Usually, this process can consist of the HR and technical parts, and sometimes there is a need for test tasks.
- Candidate(s) approve the signature of the agreement and the project start. The customer makes an offer to the ASP.NET developer he wants to hire. After agreeing on all organizational aspects and cooperation conditions and signing the contract, the developer starts his work on the project on the agreed date.
