• You will be the personal contact person for patients, their relatives and our staff
• They provide information in person and on the phone
• Administrative admission of inpatients and outpatients
• Conclusion of treatment and optional service contracts
• Processing billing-related documents and communicating with health insurance companies and payers
• Mail processing and cash management

• A completed vocational training in the administrative sector is an advantage, but not a requirement
• A confident and communicative appearance
• The willingness to work shifts and weekends
• Flexibility and good IT skills
• The ability to work prudently and independently
• A friendly and considerate approach to patients and their relatives
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Helios Clinic Attendorn is one of the leading and innovative clinics in the Sauerland.
