Your role:
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on two key initiatives that enhance our manufacturing processes. You will focus on developing AI-driven solutions to optimize operations and improve efficiency, as well as contributing to the development of a performance management board application aimed at streamlining performance management across teams.
AI Applications Development:
- Design and develop AI applications, including intelligent agents and Gen AI chatbots, tailored for manufacturing processes.
- Analyze production data to identify patterns and insights that inform AI model development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing manufacturing systems.
- Optimize machine learning models for performance and scalability in a production environment.
Performance Management Board Development:
- Collaborate in the design and implementation of a performance management board application to streamline performance tracking and reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure the application meets the needs of the organization.
- Analyze performance data to provide insights that drive improvements in team productivity and efficiency.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- Currently pursuing a master’s degree in mathematics, Physics, Computer Science or a similar field willingness to learn about the healthcare industry
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages, with experience in AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with data manipulation and analysis techniques, including statistical methods and machine learning algorithms.
- Software development experience (e.g., web/backend frameworks, APIs, CI/CD, containerization) is a plus.
- Experience with AI application development and deployment in a manufacturing context is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to work with complex datasets to extract meaningful insights.
- Good communication skills and ability to present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
- English at least C1 is mandatory, French is a plus.
