We are looking for a junior doctor (m/f/d) for our Neurology Clinic and Stroke Unit at the earliest possible date.

• Care of our patients, admission and final examinations
• Assumption of independent work in a motivated team
• Participation in specialist ward rounds and team meetings
• Support in the conceptual development of the department

• Junior doctor with enthusiasm for the specialist field of neurology and stroke unit
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with interdisciplinary topics, diagnostics and therapies
• Good knowledge of medical communication in dealing with patients and their families
• Knowledge of the DRG system and willingness to familiarize yourself with it
• Flexibility, reliability, team spirit, a high degree of responsibility and social skills
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles

The Neurology Clinic has a regionally DSG-certified stroke unit with 6 beds, 2 IMC beds, 8 beds in the comprehensive stroke unit, 10 beds in the normal ward and additional treatment places in the interdisciplinary intensive care unit. The clinic has its own diagnostic laboratory with sonography, FEES, EEG, EMG, NLG, EP, neuropsychology, cerebrospinal fluid analysis and state-of-the-art neuroradiological procedures (CCT, MRI, DSA, myelography). The clinic is a coordination center in the Teleneuromedical Stroke Network Southwest Saxony. A clinic for neurogeriatric rehabilitation and a neurological MVZ are available at the site.
