For our Helios Care Center Aue, we are looking for a part-time Medical Assistant (m/f/d) with immediate effect

• Reception and friendly care of children, young people and their parents
• Organization of the consultation hours, including appointments and coordination of practice processes
• Preparation and assistance with medical examinations and preventive examinations
• Performing basic diagnostic measures (e.g., measuring height, weight, and temperature)
• Support with vaccinations as well as laboratory and sample collection
• Careful documentation, billing, practice organization and compliance with hygiene and quality standards

• Successfully completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d)
• Ideally, professional experience in a pediatric practice or in the pediatric field
• Pronounced friendliness as well as an empathetic and patient approach to children and their parents
• High ability to work in a team, organizational strength and responsible work
• Confident handling of practice software as well as knowledge of billing according to EBM and GOÄ
• Legally required proof of measles immunization
