We offer:

Your profile:
- A successful commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk, is desirable, ideally supplemented by further education at Bachelor level or a completed degree in accounting or a comparable qualification.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
- Good knowledge of German in speaking and writing
- Communication skills at both management and departmental levels
- Driving licence and own car
Your tasks:
- Processing monthly payroll and salary statements
- Maintenance of employee master data, including management of payroll-related documents
- Recording and auditing of variable salary components
- Preparation of reports to social security institutions and tax authorities
- Furthermore, reports, analyses and certificates must be prepared.
- Creation of the headcount/census with planning specifications
- They act as the contact person for employees regarding questions about payroll.
- Providing support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Optimization of payroll processes
