To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed Deputy Foreman (m/f/d). In this versatile role, you will train and guide our apprentices in the training center while also contributing to productive manufacturing orders.

• Train apprentices in the profession of cutting machine operator, with a focus on (NC) turning and (CNC) milling technology
• Deepen the knowledge of apprentices in machining technology (after their basic courses in turning and milling)
• Independently process manufacturing orders, ensuring quality, deadlines, and time requirements are met
• Introduce apprentices to organizational and technical production processes
• Pursue ongoing professional development and monitor current trends in manufacturing technologies and vocational training

• Completed vocational training as a cutting machine operator
• In-depth professional experience and practical knowledge in turning and milling technology
• Trainer certification desirable
• Enjoyment in passing on knowledge to young talents
