The evangelische diakonissenanstalt augsburg mainly comprises the city clinic at the Frölichstrasse site, the pauline fischer haus retirement and nursing home, a medical center, the hotel am alten park with conference center, a nursing school at the Spicherer Strasse site and the academy for social pedagogy in Hooverstrasse.
Your tasks
You will mainly work in the central kitchen (approx. 300 meals a day), but also in the hotel kitchen.
Preparation and cooking of dietary, cold and hot meals
Careful and responsible handling of food and working materials
Assistance with the receipt, inspection and proper storage of goods
Compliance with and monitoring of HACCP guidelines and hygiene and cleaning regulations
General work in the kitchen area
Your qualifications
Completed training as a dietician
Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
Enjoy cooking and working with food
Reliability and a sense of responsibility
Willingness to work flexibly and cooperatively as part of a team
