• Planning and execution of maintenance and repair work in production and facility management
• Carrying out relocations, including the transport of furniture and moving goods
• Support with special projects such as building conversions, as well as performing minor concrete and masonry work – preparation and setup of meeting and conference rooms according to specifications
• Yard and winter services on company premises

• Successfully completed vocational training in the technical / trade sector
• Practical experience in facility management
• Holder of a valid forklift and crane operator license
