Aufgabengebiet

• Develop and implement pricing strategies across various business areas
• Analyze market and product profitability and derive actionable recommendations
• Support new product launches through data-driven pricing calculations
• Take ownership of budgeting and forecasting for sales, margins, and market shares
• Evaluate price change requests from the sales department
• Enhance reporting tools and dynamic pricing models
• Ensure contract and pricing compliance in alignment with internal departments
• Lead and further develop a specialized finance team

Anforderungsprofil

• Degree in Business Administration or Economics, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
• Several years of professional experience in Pricing or Controlling, preferably within the FMCG or food industry
• Strong analytical skills and proven experience in developing pricing strategies
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and confident decision-making abilities
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Very good knowledge of BI tools
• Fluency in both German and English
