Industrialization Manager (f/m/d)

Your Tasks

• Act as the link between Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering and Supply Chain Management and coordinate the industrialization of our RFA One production
• Work closely with external suppliers to develop stable production and quality processes that meet RFA’s demands. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a stable high-quality inflow of bought out parts, supporting our planned production scale up
• Support suppliers improving quality and capacity with your problem-solving skills and through continuous improvement
• Analyze the existing supplier network and identify areas for improvement. You will be responsible for identifying bottlenecks, reducing lead times, and implementing countermeasures to optimize quality and capacity

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in process planning and optimization within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Six-Sigma Green-/Blackbelt is a plus
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Good business acumen and can understand the big picture
• You are proactive, result oriented and can work independently
• You convince with your distinctive communication and team skills
• Fluent oral and written English and German skills (all day-to-day activities are performed in English)
