• Collaboration on development projects for the implementation of new products and applications – with a focus on extruder and screw design
• Creation of technical concepts within the scope of new developments
• Planning, implementation, and evaluation of development tests in the technical center as well as prototype tests
• Supporting validation runs, partly on site at the customer's premises, and assisting in the preparation of technical documentation for market launch
• Preparing well-founded project documentation and decision papers for internal and external stakeholders
• Preparing and presenting technical lectures at customer sites or at trade events, and supporting the sales department

• Successfully completed degree in plastics engineering / physics / mechanical engineering or a comparable technical degree
• Professional experience is required
• Strong ability to act in a problem-solving manner
• Fluent German and very good English skills
