What you bring to the table

• Experience & expertise:
  You have a degree in Communication Design or a comparable qualification, along with at least 2–3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer. Your portfolio shows a confident visual style, a high level of craft, and reflects your strategic approach to solving complex design challenges.

• Location:
  You’re currently based in or around Augsburg.

• Team spirit & communication:
  You enjoy working collaboratively, communicate clearly, and can present your ideas convincingly—both to internal stakeholders and external partners. You know how to explain your design decisions and inspire those around you.

• Technical skills:
  You’re confident working in Figma. Mobile-first, responsive design and accessibility aren’t buzzwords for you—they’re the foundation of your work. You have an eye for current trends, a curiosity for new approaches, and a solid understanding of how the web works— from mobile-first to a11y best practices.

• Languages:
  You speak English and German fluently.

Your area of expertise

• Together with the Peerigon developer team you will implement technologically challenging projects. You build user interfaces based on JavaScript that are barrier-free, responsive and cross-browser compatible.
• You are comfortable with agile software development in a team with daily stand-ups, weeklies, sprint reviews...
• You are independent in communication and professional in dealing with customers and project teams.
• You teach juniors to think like software engineers.
• You actively shape Peerigon in close cooperation with other team members in Augsburg or remotely.
