We are looking for you as a working student (m/f/d) in the field of Automation Technology and eSupport for our Business Unit BLUESERV at our headquarters in Augsburg.

Your tasks:
- Support in after-sales service for automation solutions and technical customer inquiries
- Assistance and active participation in engineering projects in the field of automation technology
- Collaboration in technical documentation and in the development of a know-how database
- Project management support for customer orders, from planning to implementation

Your profile:
- Studies in the field of automation, electrical engineering or comparable course of study
- Ideally completed training in the field of electrical engineering
- Confident handling of MS Office as well as fluent German and good English skills
- Independent and structured way of working as well as interest in technical customer inquiries and after-sales processes
