Your tasks:

• Control of product and operational processes and maintenance of non-confirmation messages in the SAP system, in particular missing parts and defects
• Creation of regular reports on the NCs of the top projects within production and in accordance with our processes and key figures for which we are responsible
• Participation in and active involvement in various projects, for example Quality assurance programmes
• Moderation of workshops at operational level and development of improvement potentials and solution plans with the support of cross-functional and international teams of experts
• Close cooperation with internal customers along the supply chain and within GEQ's matrix organisation, sometimes also with external functions

Your qualifications:

• Completed studies in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, business administration, project management, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, production management or a related field
• Several years of professional experience in product development and problem solving
• Sound knowledge of the APQP / PPAP process and the milestones of product development as well as in complaint processing through 8D / CAPA
• Open mindset and effective coordination and self-management skills
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills as well as corresponding presentation skills
• Intercultural and cross-functional expertise is desirable
