Job description
- You will independently ensure the professional production of soft cheese
- With technical understanding, you will operate the various process systems in the production process
- Your task includes the careful documentation of all process steps
- You will ensure product quality through regular sampling and precise control
Requirements
- You have a dairy technology qualification, for example as a dairy technologist (m/f/d) or dairy laboratory technician (m/f/d)(
- You use your good technical understanding specifically in the production process
- In addition, you have a confident command of the German language, both written and spoken
- You are reliably willing to work shifts and weekends
- Your working style is characterised by independence and a sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills, open-mindedness and friendliness characterise you in your dealings with colleagues
