Your Tasks

• Responsible for standardizing and improving manufacturing processes globally, ensuring operational excellence, quality, and cost efficiency
• Define global production process standards and best practices
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites
• Collaborate with plant managers and engineering teams to ensure process compliance
• Support digital manufacturing initiatives and Industry 4.0 adoption
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards globally

 

Your Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a similar field
• Good German and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in global production management and process optimization
• Comprehensive knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement methods
• Strong expertise in manufacturing control systems (MES, EWM, etc.)
• Proficiency in Teamcenter and SAP PP
