Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting functional requirements from business users, analysing, and translating them into technical functionalities for the development team to do developments.
- Ensure enhancement are creating a business value.
- Conduct necessary testing for developed system functionalities as per the functional requirements and ensure everything is in order before releasing them to end users for user acceptance testing.
- Support user acceptance testing
- Liaise with the stakeholders to identify their enhancement requirements.
- Manage stakeholders / risks and control timeline for each project.
- Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Support day-to-day operations ( end user inquiries, system maintenance, etc)
Period:
- Contract, renewable/ convertible to perm based on performance
Location:
- Telok Ayer MRT
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 9am-6pm
Salary:
- Up to $6000 + Completion Bonus
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or related qualification
- 4 to 5 years working experience, 3 to 4 years of experience in delivering IT projects.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different group of stakeholders and IT teams.
- Possess excellent problem-solving skills, good written/communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and customer service skills with multitask capabilities, able to lead and work with cross functional teams.
- Proactive self-starter with analytical and creative mindset
- Team player, highly motivated to builds relationships with cross-functional team members.
- Experiences on one of the following: SAP consultant role in Sales/Service area, Salesforce CRM+CPQ, SQL, and MS PBI
